30 Seconds on 10 Seconds off for 4 rounds

Cardio of your choice

Jump Rope

 

Tabatas 20 seconds on 10 seconds off

Suicide push ups/ crunches with legs out

Upright row to front raise/ High knees with weights

1 arm row R

Plank

1 arm row L

Plank

ISO Squat Curl/ x-country skier with bicep pushout

    This was another challenging workout. Workouts with stations and variety are my favs.

    I still want to do last Friday’s workout (1/11/19’s workout). Will it be posted, too? I plan to follow along with the 5:30 a.m. boot campers remotely from Sacramento.
