Here you go! A fast full body workout for you.  Do two rounds of all exercises.  You will need your phone to use as a time for a few exercises.

20 Mountain Climbers (1-1) – You can do high knees too if needed.

15 Jump Squats

10 Burpees

1 Minute Plank

20 Jumping Jacks

15 Bicep Curls

10 Burpees

1 Minute Flutter Kicks

20 Butt Kicks (1-1)

15 Skull Crushers

10 Burpees

1 Minute Side Plank (30 Seconds per side)

Happy Hump Day to all!  Here is a quick workout to get you back into the swing of things before we start back up next Monday.

Do three rounds for time

15 – Pushups

15 – Squat to Press

15 – Sit Ups

15 – Sea Turtles

20 – Jumping Jacks

20 – High Knees (1-1)

20 – Suicide Tap Downs
