Although toned arms and legs look amazing, your midsection of your body is where all movement begins.  We will be targeting your abs, obliques, TVA (transverse abdominis), hips and glutes in this 1 hour workout.  Throw in some lung expanding movements and your body will be equipped to handle the day!
