20 Mountain Climbers (1-1) – You can do high knees too if needed.
15 Jump Squats
10 Burpees
1 Minute Plank
20 Jumping Jacks
15 Bicep Curls
10 Burpees
1 Minute Flutter Kicks
20 Butt Kicks (1-1)
15 Skull Crushers
10 Burpees
1 Minute Side Plank (30 Seconds per side)
