W3 Fitness - Workouts Without Walls (Formerly Novato Adventure Boot Camp) is an outdoor group personal training program geared to get men and women into the best shape of their lives through specifically designed programming. Founded in 2008 by Certified Personal Trainer, Carlos Payte, we strive to get people feeling amazing by getting them out of the gym and into the great outdoors where there is no wasted time.
W3 Fitness offers our outdoor fitness boot camp for 18 sessions per week. Each session is 45 minutes and is broken down into warmup, workout, cool down. For 5 day/week participants they work out each body part twice per week. Upper body, core and cardio on Monday, Legs and cardio on Tuesday, Core, cardio and mobility on Wednesday, Upper body and cardio on Thursday and legs, core and cardio on Fridays. Regardless of your fitness status, you fit into our outdoor fitness boot camp program. We have people of all shapes, sizes and ages participate in our program, from marathon runners to de-conditioned individuals. We strive to be able to give progressions and regressions to any person based on their fitness level!
