My baseball and softball programs are designed to improve all aspects of your child's athletic performance, including strength, power, mobility, speed and agility.
Most sports strength and conditioning programs are built around football, but baseball players have significantly different needs. There are many common exercises we DON’T perform in baseball players, as well as additional exercises just for baseball players.
Our Youth Conditioning Program is geared towards players age 9-13 but can definitely be beneficial for older players. My goal with all of my programs is to improve the performance of each child while providing a fun and energetic environment.
Each 45 minute session will include:
A. Each session is $15 and can be paid by cash or venmo

A. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:30pm - 4:15pm and 4:30pm - 5:15pm, Saturday 9:30am.
Q. Where are the sessions?
A. All sessions are at my outdoor gym at my house. 22 Mourning Dove Ct. in Petaluma
